You were the best Mum I could of wished for, you were my Mum & my best friend, you will always be in my heart & on my mind, thank you for everything you did for me. I miss you more than you will ever know, my heart is broken but I will carry on because I know that is what you would of wanted. Your love will always be a big part of who I am.
